From 18 - 21.07.2023 we had the pleasure to welcome the psychologist Indrek Linnuste from Pärna, Estonia, in the framework of the Erasmus+ program at the Euro-BBW. Two staff members had met Indrek last year during their internship in Estonia and were very impressed by his commitment as well as by the project "Amanita", which he started partly from private funds. Now they have succeeded in inviting Mr. Linnuste as an expert to the Euro-BBW.

Indrek Linnuste has himself worked in psychiatry and noticed how little support a person with mental illness/disability receives in Estonia. As a result, he founded a social enterprise on his own initiative, through which he now offers employment and, more recently, barrier-free housing for people with mental impairments.

In the well-attended conference room, Mr. Linnuste gave us a presentation with a Q&A session on the Estonian social system and explained how he uses the circular economy model to create employment and funding opportunities.
